We have created a commemorative emblem​
to celebrate the 35th anniversary​ of Sung-il Machinery.

The 35th anniversary is a truly meaningful milestone not only for the company, but also for all of its members.
To capture this special significance, a great deal of thought and discussion went into the emblem design.

At first glance, it may not be flashy or highly refined.
However, it serves as a symbolic emblem that reflects who S.I.M Korea is and the direction we aim to pursue moving forward.

In particular, this emblem embodies the philosophy and dedication of our COO, who devoted significant time and effort to refining the design.

Now, shall we take a closer look at the meaning behind the emblem?

First, this part of the design was created to represent the identity of S.I.M Korea.

S.I.M Korea is a manufacturer of power transmission components, including precision couplings, ball screw support units, timing pulleys, and various locking devices.
In particular, precision couplings and ball screw support units hold the No.1 market sharein Korea, while timing pulleys and locking devices continue to steadily expand their market presence.

With this in mind, we aimed to naturally reflect S.I.M Korea’s achievements and industrial identity in the emblem design.

SIM stands for SUNG-​I​L MACHINERY.

However, it is more than just an abbreviation of the company name.

It also reflects the company’s core motto.

The “PIC” and (+) elements in the emblem represent the four key drivers of sustainability that have enabled S.I.M Korea’s growth to date.

We believe these four values have been the driving force behind S.I.M Korea’s growth over the past 35 years.
A company built on technology, achieving innovation, and placing people and customers at its core.

These four values have made the past 35 years possible,
and we believe they will continue to shape the future ahead.

Technology

S.I.M Korea aims to deliver the best and widest range of products that customers need.
To achieve this, we continue to invest in R&D and technological advancement.
Recently, approximately USD 730K was invested in R&D facilities,
resulting in 13 new product lines and 18 additional specifications.
Notably, meaningful technological achievements have continued through 2025–2026.

Innovation

S.I.M Korea pursues innovation across all areas of business, not just products.

Our business scope continues to expand.

Applications have extended from display and IT equipment to secondary batteries, machine tools, medical devices, and semiconductors.

Our export markets are also growing beyond China to Japan, Taiwan, the U.S., and Southeast Asia.

S.I.M Korea considers people its most valuable asset.

Based on our four key drivers technology, people, innovation, and customer focus we have achieved strong market leadership in Korea across precision couplings, support units, and timing pulleys. However, we will not settle here and will continue developing new products.
