This timing pulley product features a helical tooth profile design. During operation, the belt and pulley teeth engage progressively and continuously. This design reduces noise and minimizes wear. Additionally, it decreases vibrations, resulting in improved power transmission performance compared to other types of timing pulleys (trapezoidal, curvilinear, etc.).

Low noise / Low vibration
The design, optimized with a helical offset tooth profile, allows for continuous engagement between the belt and pulley. This structure is designed to drastically reduce vibrations and noise that may occur during operation, enabling quiet and smooth operation.
Self-alignment
The helical offset design features a V-shaped tooth arrangement. This tooth arrangement allows for self-alignment of the timing belt during operation, effectively preventing lateral movement. As a result, flanges, which are essential in other types of timing pulleys, are no longer necessary. This allows for a reduction in the pulley’s width and weight, resulting in a more compact and lightweight drive system overall.
High efficiency
The application of the helical tooth design ensures excellent performance even at high rotational speeds. The continuous engagement between the belt and pulley maximizes power transmission efficiency while minimizing friction and vibration, significantly improving durability. This design reduces wear under high-speed operating conditions and extends the system’s lifespan, ultimately lowering maintenance costs over the long term.
Cautions
The helical offset design features a V-shaped arrangement, showing the direction. If the pulley has an asymmetrical shape, the drawing must specify the tooth direction.
